Dylan was super nice and respectful when he came to my door. At first I was very skeptical, but he was super informative and made me feel very comfortable. He took his time answering all my questions and seeing if I qualified for a tablet. Thanks Kelsey

Overall would recommend Experiential Inc for the manager Puneh alone. She goes above and beyond to rectify issues when they arose.

Long story short the original tech did not set up the tablet correctly therefore I was upset that we paid to have a tablet that was unusable. Puneh worked with me to schedule a time that another tech could come and help me fix the issues.
Marlon was the second tech I worked with. He was so on top of everything from making sure the tablet was set up upon arrival to offering his services if they were needed after he left. He is someone I would definitely recommend with his knowledge and expertise with the TruConnect products.

Dajon Wise is an amazing employee and an excellent trainer for your company at Experiential, Inc. Dajon is an amazing supervisor/ manager and how personal he is, he definitely deserves a raise. And if he's not a supervisor or is not in management.... No offense but your missing a huge asset and losing money. Couldn't be any happier and I wish there were more individuals like this gentleman.
