Cheri is great to work with! I have a small starter home that I use as a rental. When I tried to rent it out for the first time, the management company I use was having a hard time finding a qualified renter. Cheri suggested a 360 virtual tour to help cast a “wider net” to out-of-state renters by allowing them to digitally walk through the home. She not only did a great job creating the virtual tour, but she even worked with the management company, showing them how to link the tour to the rental listing. After the tour went live, I had a qualified renter from out-of-state within the week!
When my renters moved out, the management company used Cheri’s virtual tour again for the rental listing. Within a couple of weeks, I had, yet another, out-of-state qualified renter for my home! If you have a rental or vacation home, I highly recommend Cheri at Firefly Flix to create a virtual tour for you!

Cheri has done an excellent job taking the 360 tours and still pictures that best represent our cabins and campground. I've heard from many people that it made their decision to stay with us an easy one. And when they get here there are no surprises. Everything is as it was represented in her tours and pics.
