I worked with Sykes for awhile then started having health problems to the point I had to have back to back surgery and just bc of my health and getting half my cervix and uterus taken out and I had to miss a lot. They told me when I got hired that they would work with me bc of my health problems but in reality they didn't, they fired me. worst job to have you get yelled at called names and even getting threatened by customer it's not worth the money but working here will make you pull your hair out they don't care about employees or there health I've worked at alot of jobs but by far this is the worst I ever had. And most jobs accept doctors excuses, but guess who doesn't...you guessed it, Sykes.

Waited several months after a "call avoidance" issue to fire my fiancé. Ironically enough it was after peak season was over so they knew they were terminating him, but they wanted productivity during tax season. Hope Heather Tackett loses her job and faces everything we're about to and cries herself to sleep. Karma will catch up.

Also, how do you put someone in available 20 minutes into their lunch that they are NOT PAID FOR allowimg customers to call and while the agent is away from their phone and try to say they are avoiding calls? Are you all trying to break labor laws or get people wrongfully terminated just for the hell of it?

I enjoyed spending time with the people from Sykes. I am now a full time worker for them. I enjoyed all the kind words from all of them. Proud to be part of them . USA working is what our country needs.

The management cam use updating. I've worked there over a yr I went in loving the place don't get me wrong I like my job. But the people I work with and for no just no. So disrespectful. And if your not in with the "IN" crowd u will no it right off the bat. The drama n carry bs that goes on is seriously worse than high school. But again the job itself it a good job with ok pay. You talk to new ppl everyday and some u can really relate with over the phone

This place is loaded with drugs. Employees give their supervisors suboxone to keep their jobs. A gentleman, shoots up drugs in his feet. He is very nasty, broken off teeth rotted in the gums. This is who most are there and most have criminal backgrounds.Ya think, they would do reg drug checks and check for needle marks. That is why most wear long sleeves there. Creeps me out!

Great job opportunity. The staff works hard to make a somewhat monotonous task feel more fun. The people are wonderful and it's a great work environment

Trainer sat there on her phone while the SME told us about every little thing that would get us fired. They like to goof around here in the training room. A common mantra in the training room was " HR isn't here".
