From the moment we entered Furniture Mart we were treated very professionally. We were asked if we need anything specific and were shown where the items we were looking for were located. When we got closer to finding what we were looking for the staff took the time to help us understand the finer details of the items we were looking for. The staff checked on a matching recliner in the storage area because we wanted two that matched. Once we decided what we wanted the staff was very prompt in getting the recliners to our pickup and loaded. The payment process was very simple and quick. We had a wonderful experience with our purchase.

Walked in the store one morning looking for a new recliner. Was greeted quickly and shown the massive selection. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. A couple days later my new chair was delivered and placed in the best place in the room. Future furniture will be purchased from this place.

We stopped on Saturday and we didn't really know what we wanted until we saw the perfect set of couch and love seat. They also had a recliner and xl lounger that matched perfectly. But we were not sold so we left without them. Instantly regretted it and went back first thing Monday. It was fast to purchase and they delivered in under a hour. This is our second big furniture purchase with this business and as always had the best customer service.

We purchased a couch and love seat that were on sale for Labor Day. The person we dealt with was very polite, showed us the furniture immediately, did not try to persuade or pressure us into buying something more expensive, answered our questions about delivery and removal of our old couch. All in all we got what we wanted, the whole transaction went through quickly, and overall it was a pleasant low-stress experience. The furniture was attractive and comfortable and I think it will work great for us. We don’t have it yet, it will be delivered in 2 weeks. The only negative feedback I have is that I thought the $50 fee to deliver it to Brush was a little excessive. Brush and Fort Morgan are generally considered a single marketing area, as evidenced by the fact that the sales flyer where I found the couch was sent to my home in Brush so they obviously market here. Given that, I was hoping for free or at least cheaper delivery. But still overall a good experience.
