The Galway Bay is everything you want from a bar. Great service, awesome music, free popcorn and pool and darts at any time.
A Chicago staple, you would be crazy not to visit. Shout out to Bill, who pours the best Guinness in the neighbourhood!

Love this place! Used to be my "Cheers" when I lived in Chicago. Has darts, pool, and some video games and an old school popcorn machine too. Definitely worth a try!

Great dive bar. Did paid street parking a few blocks away close to the lights. Has pool tables and darts. A great place for a low-key hangout. Went out on a Sat night, it took almost 30 mins to get a table to sit down. As it got late, it became more and more crowded. Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends.

This is a total dive but in a good way! We usually come here to close down the night and meet a bunch of super drunk college kids flirting with waaaay older people. Ah the miracles of alcohol! They have cheap drinks, but not that cheap, you're still in Lincoln Park! Free popcorn, pool tables, cool space, pretty good music, but kind of trashy in a way that makes you want to take a shower. I still like this bar, it's just really divvy.

The best basement bar for a good time. If you want to play pool or darts, this is the place to be. Aldon, the bartender was fantastic. I wish everybody in the Chicago service industry was like him. He was so nice, and showed us a great time. Highly recommend!

The lady running the karaoke was a jerk. I tried to walk up to maybe sing one song and she was an absolute jerk who told me to go away. I don’t know who employed her but she has some problems to work through bc I was just trying to sing a single song and she shoed me away. Stay away from this bar.

I love a bar that has free popcorn! It was really packed on Friday night but we managed to get a seat in the back and there was free Mario kart.
