My father used gangwer agency for his home and auto insurance. He passed away and when his policy expired they would not renew coverage. Instead gave me a hazard policy that was super expensive that required a large down payment to start. The agents I dealt with were not helpful. Dealing with an unexpected death and attorneys and opening an estate ……….it all was a horrible experience and they had no compassion for what I was going through.
