Such a fun experience, and a souvenir to boot! Variety of jewelry options which you design and create yourself (with professional guidance and help if required) Ours turned out professional looking and it was our first time.

I loved this studio, and the creative options for jewelry are wonderful. The employees were attentive, patient and talented. We had a group of 7 and they did a wonderful job balancing us, new walk-ins with questions and another group! It sounds like their employees are not paid competitively which is shocking. This business should be paying their jewelry crafters at least $20/hour in today’s market. We tipped and would love to help offset their time (3 full hours) put into our experience without decent pay.

Zoe was awesome! She made sure that I understood what I was doing in creating my custom ring. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step
in the process and made sure that I loved my final product. Many stones and charms and chains to choose from! Along with rings, you can create charm bracelets/necklaces or permanent jewelry. My ring will be a great remembrance of my vacation in Park City! Highly recommended for individuals to group parties. Thanks again for a fun afternoon!

I had an absolutely spectacular experience. The website does not do the experience justice. We had Lea as an instructor and she was a vibrant, patient, and solid person. I got to do way more than I expected, and I'm obsessed with the piece that I made. I don't ski but I came with a group for a ski trip and this was ABSOLUTELY time well spent.

I spent about ~160 on a sterling silver ring and that includes a kind of nicer stone along with embellishments.

We had a great experience making rings with Amanda. However, it is a small space that doesn't comfortably fit a full reservation group. It's quite expensive as well, but relatively worth it for a nice experience.

It was so much fun! I went by myself and enjoyed my time immensely. I made a beautiful Moonstone ring and matching earring set. They turned out beautiful. I highly recommend this experience. We had help along the way so anyone can do it. I liked it so much I booked it again.

This experience is a MUST! Lydia and Summer were very knowledgeable and personable! They made a point to get to know each of us and related to our stories - something you don’t find much anymore. They were also extremely helpful through the silversmithing process. I walked away with a new appreciation for the art as well as one more item checked off my bucket list! You won’t regret doing this!!

Love all the people that work here and the experience is cool… with that said, I’m extremely disappointed with gem studios business practices when it comes to compensating employees. Despite charging outrageously high prices for their services, they refuse to pay their staff even minimum wage, expecting them to rely solely on tips to make a living.

It’s unfair and unethical for a business to profit significantly while failing to provide fair wages to the people who keep it running. Tipping should be a bonus for great service, not a necessity to survive. No one should have to depend on the generosity of customers just to earn a basic income.
