I had to give this one star but I would have preferred zero stars. I called GPS a month ago about having some sewing patterns printed in large format. I was told they could do that and given an email to send the files. The lady I spoke to said she would get back with me about prices. I didn't hear back so a couple days later I called again. She said that she received the files but could I "give her a bit" to get back with me. I'm not sure what "a bit" means but, a week later, I still hadn't heard anything. I called again and was told they were backed up but was promised they wouldn't forget. I waited another week. By this time, I needed the patterns to meet my deadline. I heard nothing back. A month passes and I call back and speak with a woman that said I had fallen through the cracks because of multiple employees had quit.
1) If you can't complete the job, communicate with the customer.
2) If you are losing that many employees, maybe you should consider your business operations and employee satisfaction.

Bottom line - If you need your project to not "fall through the cracks", look elsewhere.

I asked them to create a special, small banner for me to give my daughter on her 50th birthday later this month. I provided the information I wanted to include along with a couple of pics through email. I got a proof a few days later which I was very pleased with and approved. A few days later I got a message that it was ready to be picked up. I got it today and I am just very, very happy with it!! I know my daughter will love it. Thank you all so much!!

I had them do an engraved metal plaque for my military retirement shadow box. When it was done it had a spelling error on it. (Which was not on the proof they sent me.)
I gave them the plaque back and showed the error and they assured me it would be fixed. It’s been over 6 months and zero reply. I have called, emailed, stopped in to the store. No reply. No response, zero effort. Never even offered a refund. NOTHING.

Just because it’s not a lot of money doesn’t mean you didn’t cheat me. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

There are many print companies between us and them, but I would never consider using any other company for all print, signs, and basic marketing advice. They always go above and beyond and have always followed up with me or my partner on every order to ensure we were completely satisfied. 5 Stars from us!
