I had a small order with a very high profile and a short deadline. Claire calmly walked me through the options and reassured me that all would be done as requested and on deadline. The order had several small details to work out, so lots of back and forth. But even though the total amount of the order was small, it was treated with utmost care and professionalism as if it were a much larger project. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and very refreshing. The product was bomber, and everyone was quite happy on this end, including the esteemed recipients of the awards that GrafXGroup printed. I will be back, and I will be telling my friends about this great company!
