I called regarding getting my internet service reinstated, and Brisa was so helpful! She was very informative, polite, and patient with answering any questions that I had. She went above and beyond to even follow up with a phone call the next day to make sure my service was working properly! She is an excellent employee!

Honestly, when Aaron Greene called me about doing some technical work on my internet, I had already decided to disconnect my service that I had had about 10 years. I had decided I was going to sign up for a Ryoko battery operated internet and kick Great Plains Communication to the curb. Aaron did a great job of problem solving by asking questions I'm finding out that the technical problems had been solved over the phone regarding my speed issues. At least as much as possible until fiber optics are available in Palisade. Upon further investigation he realized that I was having problems with the billing department mostly because I have a tremor in my hands and have been trying to fix my billing issues with my phone. He suggested changing to signing up through the Smart Hub feature over the computer and offered to help and make a house call. I had not considered that possibility at all! Aaron is very knowledgeable about all things IT. His willingness to help me because of my tremor put the end to my 6-month problem with the billing office. Today I have peace of mind and I have confidence that the problem is over. I can relax now. I am so relieved! Thank you Aaron for doing what you do best! Assisted IT--👁️🫖😁

Good service but crappy customer service. Phones at the office seems to always be down how convenient like McDonald'sice cream machine. Can't get through to them on the phone to discuss a possible outage. Live agent told me there is no outages so why don't I have internet? Bill is paid so 🤷. Never had an issue before. Would go with other options if it wasn't so expensive to switch

I haven't had too many problems with service over the years, my issue came when I had to update my autopay, I updated it a couple of times and it kept deleting it out of the system, which then led to what they called an install fee that almost doubled my bill

Collin was a fantastic help, I gave the company a call a few weeks ago to help set my wifi up, and of course my partner had a million billion questions about the line and how fast and blah blah blah, Collin was there to answer everything! Great employees. And unfortunately I cannot remember for the life of me who was working the front desk, a very intelligent young lady who was extremely kind, and helpful. Thanks for having a great team!

Horrible communication. I tried to set up an account for a new business. They collected my information and told me a representative would be contacting me. After not hearing anything for a few days I called back and they told me a sales representative would call me. Again no one called. We went with a different company. Then we received a bill from Great Plains for over $200 when nothing was ever set up (side note the bill was significantly more than the provider we choose, and we didn’t even use the service). When we called the lady blamed me and said I told her to transfer the service from the previous owner. Mind you no representative ever called and nothing was set up. They did cancel the bill.

Terrible. Constant outages. Techs coming out every 3 months. Customers can’t access router settings. Nothing good to say at all.

Been trying to get our wi-fi fixed for the last three months to no avail, have had zero Internet access yet still been charged for each month. Have called to have it fixed half a dozen times( each call lasting about an hour)- never got resolved, even had a technician out here to fix it, I don't know what he did because it's still not fixed. Save your money and get a different service.
