If I could give them zero stars I would. Lady who answered the phone is super sarcastic and has an attitude 20 minutes into her shift… just don’t come to work. Don’t buy from them. Easier and cheaper to order online thru ordway supply.

If you are LTL truck driver, be patient. Their dock has bump. So hard to offload heavies. They make us unload all freight. If we ask they unload heavy pallets, they will be mad at us. ? So rude to communicate them

They are always very rude when I call them. I dont understand why they cant just be nice and happy on the phone. I never buy ink or anything from them because they are so rude.
