It was such and honor and a pleasure to meet Mike and his Trainee this evening. Very informative, very knowledgeable, so friendly, warming and welcoming! Not to mention Mike has patience out of this world because with all the questions I threw at his way he never gave up, crack a sweat, or even rebottle when I say he jumped right back at me(in a respectful demeanor of course)without any hesitation It actually wowed me and made me more eager to do business. He(Mike)sat at my table went through everything possible to make sure there was NOTHING and I mean just that he forgot and or missing and worked diligently to make sure I received every discount I qualify for and any offers I was entitled too. Mike is simply one word AMAZING!! I know it may sound cliché but I’m all honesty, I haven’t met anyone like Mike along with his Trainee in YEARS!! It was to the point they left thought of some things and went out of their way to come back to run some things by me even that alone made me wanted to help him out and brag to his upper officials how great of a person he is. Mike is a HUGE deal!! As we all know, Customer Service is a hard job and not for the weak especially doing door to door service in all types of weather coming across all types of individuals with everything that comes along with it on both ends(business and customers)but if there was more people like Mike it will help bridge the gap between the two. Verizon you made a great decision not only giving Mike and opportunity for employment but having him in the position to train because they will walk away with a lot doing the job accurately and proficiently in a timely manner. Mike you rock!! God blessed you!! Good luck with all your future endeavors!! Remember this NOTHING you do goes unnoticed!! I know life may get hard and some days you may feel defeated because you may not meet the goals for yourself but their is ALWAYS a bigger blessing in the end!!

Michael Zieminski, came to my door to talk about my internet. He tested my Wi-Fi and showed me his plans. I had been trying to get Verizon internet for awhile and he was more than helpful. Within minutes he scheduled my appointment for new Wi-Fi and hooked me up with great deals and promotions. He even offered help with gas and electric bills. He was so nice and helpful!
