My first interaction with High Country was with Charlie. Charlie and I had a conversation about my interest and experience. I was not yet looking seriously for a new job and yet Charlie still took that time to get to know me for my potential next steps. He later called and said he had something and thought it’d be a great fit. Enter Shelbi to take those next steps to be sure I understood the role and to brush up on my interview skills.
