Best place in Park City. Food is great. Staff is cool. Atmosphere is fun. We tried to eat at another place our first day but never got a simple table greet. We walked out and went to HighWest. We had such a good time that it was the only place we went to the rest of our 5 day stay.
Lance and Julio took great care of us each day.
Also nice that it is an easy walk from the town chairlift. Great stop for
Midday drinks and food.

An absolute mountain gem! My recent visit to High West Saloon was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered their impressive 18oz steak which was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender and seasoned impeccably. The chicken wings were equally phenomenal - crispy on the outside with meat that fell off the bone. The rustic mountain ambiance complemented the premium dining experience, making this place a must-visit in Park City. Whether you're a local or just passing through, treat yourself to High West Saloon's outstanding culinary offerings. Your taste buds will thank you!

As an avid High West bourbon drinker, my wife and I decided to try this place for dinner. Unfortunately, outside of the whiskey, we were met with disappointment.

Our server Zoe was phenomenal however, the hostess didn't mention that the heat was broken in the main restaurant. I've never seen patrons dressed in winter coats inside an establishment but there's a first time for everything. To their credit, when asked, Zoe mentioned that the heat was broken and the part for the heater was on back order. However, the saloon area, which is separate from the dining area has heat. From a management standpoint this could have been better planned, especially when it's 15°F outside, the restaurant was freezing!

Food: trout dip was good, ELK meatballs were great. Crab Mac & Cheese caused my wife to almost regurgitate her food on the table. After tasting the Crab Mac myself I understood why. There's some type of seasoning that is placed on top that is not complimentary at all to the dish.

Our main dishes we're fine and if you're not a mushroom fan do not order the schnitzel. I enjoyed the schnitzel as it reminded me of years spent in Germany but it's not for everyone.

Overall, this is a perfect stop for whiskey not so much for food.

A Night Out with Great Cocktails and Ambience
I recently visited this trendy spot and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The cocktails were above average and incredibly tasty, showcasing a creative mix of flavors that made each sip enjoyable.

The service was exceptional; our server was attentive and made sure to stop by frequently to refill our water glasses, which is always appreciated. It truly elevated the dining experience.

While the food was average and didn’t quite match the excellence of the cocktails, the great ambience more than made up for it. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, perfect for a night out.

One tip: it does get quite busy, so I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you snag a table. Overall, a delightful evening that I would gladly repeat!

Dropped in on a very busy valentines night just to have a pour before a dinner reservation. The seating at the bar was very comfortable next to the party room that was tucked away nicely for privacy with good proximity to the bar. Lots of levels to the establishment so the restaurant can be busy but still feel intimate. The bourbon is one of my all time favorites, so it’s definitely high on my “would come back list”. Pro tip park in the public parking across the street. Snow obscures water channels in the gutter. Street parking can ruin a good night, stepping out of the car into a foot of frozen water.

Worth the wait! Food was phenomenal and the drinks were too! If you drink lots of bourban/whiskey, this is on the sweeter side but still very good! Service was great!

Been here several times on visits to Park City and the drinks are great — especially the cocktails. The food is your typical bar food…I wouldn’t say it’s anything worth raving about.

The one menu item I will say is worth ordering is the donuts for dessert. Two warmed donuts with ice cream. Absolutely delicious!

They have a small store at the front selling merch and take-home bottles. Great for the out of towners!
