Definitely a business you do not want to do business with, we were refer to you Juan, not other people inside your business. We happened to have the exact same experienced as another customer. It took almost a year, (10 months) that I had my trust in these business hoping my IRS tax extensions and things we had agreed on were being taken care of.
My wife had to deal with IRS and the state on these matters Almost crying for the situation we were in after coming into your business. The west valley licensing business mentioned so many of your customers been highly upset due to regulations and other procedures by Ibero Global Consultant. Advised by these employee just like your other customers, to report Ibero Global Consultan due to how these business operates.
10 months later and been ghosted (again) by Ibero Global consultant employees we decided to go with another business, within 2 months we had IRS sent us 3 different notices on the next steps and a conclusion agreement. It happened exactly as the new business consultant said it would happened.

DO NOT RECOMMEND… I had had Juan Manuel as professor on UHBA, I gain high trust on the builders association that I have used Ibero Busness Services as a tool to start my company. Everything started with the right foot until the person taking my process stoped working there. My license took almost 5 month to be processed and I lost communication with the company for almost 2 month, they literally ghost me. Nevertheless, when presented the taxes of the company (first time) Ibero Busness assured me they have presented the extension to present a late report but now I am facing a penalty from the IRS because such extension was never submitted. For my luck I have found a more trustworthy accountant that manage and taught me how all the process was done.

I hope your experience within this company is not as shameless as mine was.
