Our new site launched this week without a hitch! We decided to move our marketing to iMarket after working with the same company for many years and recently experiencing poor service and lack of attention. The sales process with Traci was very detailed and informative. They ask a lot of questions so they can make sure to understand your business and marketing goals. Onboarding with Lilli was a delight. Our website recently launched last week, and we are very satisfied with the iMarket team. From the initial sale with Tammi to the onboarding process with Lilli, and transitioning to our Coordinator Sherry, everyone has been extremely professional, organized and focused on delivering the quality services/products that were promised.

CAUTION, BEWARE - Leadership is playing both sides - supposed digital marketing company that also runs a Private Equity Firm called EPC Equity. Terrible experience and absolutely no oversight of products and services. Would not recommend to anyone, please consider other options. The leadership is preying on unknowing home services companies. CAUTION, BEWARE.
