Their customer service has always been excellent, but I have to give a shout out to Brandie. She's just a superstar and such a pleasure to talk to. She got us back up and running in no time and even called the next day to followup!

Customer support is amazing and super helpful. They're very communicative and quick to reply. I had issues with my existing mesh system providing higher than 400 MBPS wi-fi speeds with 2GB overall speeds from Intellipop. They recommended another mesh system which I installed and now I'm getting 1GB over wi-fi, which is a major improvement. Turns out my Linksys Atlas 6 WAN/LAN ports only supported 1GB and by upgrading to ASUS ZeniWifi 7 mesh system with 2.5GB WAN/LAN ports it made the difference. (By the way, this is typical for wi-fi to not see the full speed that the ISP sends.)

I'm super happy with their follow up procedures. It's been super smooth to get the whole 2GB fiber system installed and up and running. I'm super happy with the internet speeds so far!

Great customer service. Brandie called us before our install and several times after to make sure everything was in line and working. It was also nice that it was always her so we felt like she knew our situation. We didn't feel like we were just a box to be checked. Brandie was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I must say that the “main reason” we went with Intellipop after much research and asking multiple people about all the choices we had here in Lehi was the first call I made to Intellipop and having Brandie answer the phone. She provided all the answers I needed and after about 30 seconds, we were best friends. She just has an amazing way with people and is world class in my book with customer service. We had some major issues and delays with the contractors getting coordinated and finally providing the physical cable to us, however when it was installed, Intellipop or should I say, Brandie, was there every step of the way and even to this day, she calls to make sure everything is operational and in good working order.

Intellipop, you have a great employee in Brandie so please take care of her as she really took great care of us!!!!! Maybe employee of the year?

I absolutely love Intellipop!! They are the best internet company I’ve ever used. And not only is the service itself the best but the customer service is amazing!! Brandi is especially great! And an actual living, breathing person who you can talk to and get any help or questions answered that you might need! And immediate help! I can’t say enough about Intellipop and their service and customer service! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I am incredibly impressed with Intellipop's service and quality! They have been very responsive with remote technicians who have spent many hours analyzing and tweaking my system to improve the speed of the wireless signal through my house. Then they offered to send one of their technicians (SETH!) out to maximize my internet service. Service calls are free?! Seth was AMAZING! He used the telephone cabling that was installed when the house was built in 2005 to create direct connections to the main fiber feed in the house. It tripled the speed with the direct connections, and now my entire house has wicked fast internet with low latency. Intellipop has gone out of their way to make me happy. I am beyond happy! Thank you, Intellipop!

Brandie has been a gem! And if she's the kind of person Intellipop hires, then they are doing something right. This ISP cares about their customers. Brandie called me just after set up and checked in again a few weeks later. The speed is there. The stability is there. And the most importantly the quality service is there. Thank you!
