I had a very unprofessional experience with IQS Directory. After their president reached out to pitch their services, I reviewed the offering and politely told him we weren’t interested — and that I’d reach out if that ever changed. Despite this clear response, I received eight follow-up emails, a voicemail, and continued outreach over several months.

When I finally sent a firm but professional email asking for the outreach to stop, the president responded with an unprofessional message that insulted my business, criticized our website, and included unnecessary personal remarks.

If this is how they handle a simple "no thanks," I can only imagine how they treat actual customers. Respect and professionalism matter, and unfortunately, this interaction showed neither. I would not recommend working with IQS Directory based on this experience.
