Ironistic has just been so fantastic to work with for a custom WordPress site build! Rachel, the project manager, and her team of devs were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, kind, understanding, and flexible. They met with me as much as needed (which was quite a lot since it was my first time building a WP site) and even recorded video of them performing step-by-step instructions on the more complicated parts like FTP setup and pushing changes from dev to production.

They were always happy to help and never seemed annoyed with our many questions or moments of panic—they just calmly responded and helped us figure out what we needed to do to address the issues. We kept Rachel very busy with connecting us to the resources on her team and she always took it well and with a smile, and got back to us quickly on our many requests.
