A great company to work for!! I've been with them going on 6 yrs, I believe and don't regret 1 minutes. Such an amazing group of people to work with, both fellow calling agents as well as management. High quality surveys conducted to both businesses and residential phone numbers, from a happy, positive, professional environment. The friendships you make going to work, makes it like your break away from your home life and definitely a huge break from kids. They are very family oriented, and understandable when it comes our kids (especially with single parents) and other loved ones. Realizing there is much more to life than working yourself to death, and somethings are more important places you have to be. I honestly haven't met a single bad person at Ironwood Insights. The job ain't horrible, just take a special bread of people to do cold calling. But like I've said, Brad, upper management, and mostly our local management make this a wonderful company to work for. Thanks guys!

the reason for the 1 star is that it appears this company sends out spam to your mobile phone. I just got a call from them, missed the call, but then called back... no one answered, their vm was full and no way to leave a message, and also THEY didnt leave a message with us regarding the reason for the call.

Also, I have no idea who they are? we never did any business with them nor have we used any of their services.

All this adds up to a company that seems a bit shady... if they call me back and correct the record and have a point (besides for spam marketing me), then ill be happy to change this review.

scammers. Dont talk to them. They only complete survey for those who give predetermined results that benefit client.

19 minutes 7 seconds is a survey. SCAM. Predetermined results to get results a client wants is definition of SCAM

This place is in horrible conditions. So unprofessional that I had to walk out of training because I couldnt deal with it. Totally unhealthy! Not clean at all! Not professional. They break laws and have minors at risk. Much more. If I could rate 0 I would. Would not suggest this job to anyone!
