Three years ago, in the height of Covid, I began pursuing my interest of floral design. I saw that Althea offered consulting and decided to give her a call. I had been making arrangements for friends but had zero clue on what to charge or how a floral design business really worked. Over the next year, I met with Althea via zoom each month. She provided me with a wealth of knowledge and helped me put my plans to open my own floral design business into place. A year after we first talked, I officially opened my business. I have continued to work with and learn from Althea. She is patient, understanding, and is amazing at helping troubleshoot issues in various aspects of owning a floral design business. There is no way I could be operating a profitable business without Althea. If you are looking for someone to be your mentor, Althea is without a doubt the person for the job!

When I started my flower farming business four years ago, I saw that I needed help in the sales, marketing and technical skills department. I signed on with Althea for a few sessions of consulting and it changed EVERYTHING! Since she is not only a florist but extremely gifted in organizing, planning, executing and all things computer, she was able to set up a couple programs for my business that brought me into the 21st century. She even came to my farm and showed me how to streamline the day to day flower process. She was (and still is) always available to answer questions and encourage me in the right professional direction. I value her knowledge, friendship and business savvy and highly recommend anyone to use her services.

The 1-on-1 consultation with Althea was so valuable! She took time to understand our current business needs and then assisted with exploring possibilities that would increase the efficiency of our operations.
