Traeger upgraded their app and as a result I was no longer able to connect my grill to WIFI. I spent AT LEAST 3 hours on line with Traeger to resolve the issue. No luck. I called Jade to get some answers and help and Sandra Marquez worked with me to resolve the issue and the grill is now connected to WIFI! I’M THRILLED!! Sandra helped me create a new network and hung in there with me while I went through the steps to get my grill back online. She was understanding, polite, patient, very knowledgable, and very, very helpful. THANK YOU!!! She gets the gold star!!🎶🎼🎉

Jade staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get wi-fi where I live. I have had no interruptions or internet loss since my service started. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They are friendly and always willing to help. Thank you!!!!!

I called hughesnet for internet [not a good move] thinking they would work but they couldnt get the install right 3 times
A pole in the ground with a dish and no concrete what stops the pole from being moved by the wind
So the pole moves and once in a while it got a connection because of that connection they kept billing me for 4 months. And 2 years later im still getting messages for payment
Im not the only one in my area hughesnet did wrong

Jade, and especially its technical support field crews, are AWSOME! To ultimately fix our internet, they had to pull and replace a 400 Ft. length of fiber and resplice all of the fiber lines at each end. But they did it!! We are very happy Jade customers in Cuchara!!!!!!! Thanks Jade!!!!!

Installer was courteous, punctual and very professional. He had my internet up and going in no time at all…..One year later having internet is buffering every few minutes. Now must use data and not watch tv because it is pausing every few minutes. Supposed to have fiber by mid December. You would think to give good customer service they would give a discount until the situation has been remedied, not Jade. They say they will call back before end of business day but do not. Very disappointed, not like last year at all…..Have waited until today 1/9/25 for communication from anyone at Jade. No call ever, so I call to get an update and get the run around. I am paying full price for services that are not 100%. You want to get things corrected before you do anything? Not good business practice.

Jade fiber has been amazing! Lots of bandwidth and no delay that we had with our previous satellite Internet service. Their customer support has been fantastic. Very responsive. No waiting on hold for long periods. They resolved an early issue porting our phone number in about 5 minutes. There aren't many providers who provide this high level of customer support.
