So I'm a little disappointed. So recently there was a wearhouse sale a week ago and of course I wanted to place my order on that Friday for free shipping. I had everything in my online shopping cart the Thursday before and noticed the shipping was going to be way over $60. So of course I took advantage of the free shipping. So I placed it and got my email saying everything was good to go and my order was placed on Friday. Well I decided that Monday to check my status of my order and saw my order was canceled. So I checked my email and there was no email saying why it was canceled. I was very upset at this point. I then went back and read the free shipping coupon to make sure I didn't read anything wrong which I didn't. I had nothing in my cart on clearance. So I sent a email to this company with a screenshot of my order number and my canceled order screenshot. A few days go by and no reply. So I decided to call and ask why my order was canceled. I did not catch the lady's name on the phone but she said the lady that takes care of the online orders is busy with a customer. She then said let me ask her if she knows anything. The young lady comes back on the phone and says she was not sure why it was canceled. I was already getting irritated because I couldn't get an answer. So I to the girl if she honors the prices I'll drive 2 1/2 hrs to get my order ( which i shouldn't have to). She comes back and said she agreed that she will honor the prices. But of course still no reason why my order was canceled. So I decided to call back a day later because it kept bugging me about the shipping. So this time I got to speak to Alexis ( very polite and helpful) and I explained to her what happened with my order. She said she would call me back in a hour or so because she needs to talk to the owner about my order. So she called me back and explained that what i purchased was marked down very cheap that it was pretty much clearance price. I expected to her i understand that but that's not my fault the system accepted the free shipping code. I have bought this bags before when they were marked down before and still got free shipping. But I still have not received a email explaining about my order being canceled. If it wasn't for Alexis I would have gave a 1 star. Plus I was not giving any kinda discount for the inconvenience this free shipping code caused.
But I will say this past Friday I received a free shipping code again. So of course I go and do a dummy order for $20 worth of clearance items and guess what that code worked for free shipping..

These items were not clearance!!! Clearance means the items will no longer be sold. And the items are back to regular price again...

So yes my order should have SHIPPED FOR FREE!!!

Since 2020, I have been a loyal customer of Jasie and have never encountered any issues—until today. I recently placed an order for sublimation transfers because my printer was out of ink. However, when I pressed the image onto my keychains, it appeared noticeably grainy. To confirm that the problem wasn’t with my image, I purchased more ink to print the same image using my own printer. When I compared the results—pressing both images side by side under the same conditions of pressure, temperature, and time—it was clear there was a distinct difference in quality, with Jasie’s transfer being inferior.

I decided to address the issue in person and requested to speak with a supervisor. The associate relayed my concerns to the customs order representative Jamie, who initially claimed the issue was due to me using a different pressure setting. I clarified that both images were pressed simultaneously under identical conditions, so this explanation didn’t apply. The associate relayed my response, and Jamie then claimed the issue stemmed from me uploading a poor-quality image through their bulk uploader. I showed them my order, which included the uploaded image, proving that the quality was not grainy. I then asked to speak directly with Jamie.

After waiting over 10 minutes, Jamie finally came out and claimed the grainy result was due to me using different paper and the image being small. By this point, I had received multiple contradictory explanations with no clear solution. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, as I had to purchase ink and reprint at home to fix an issue caused by their product. Jamie offered to call the owner, but after another 10-minute wait, she informed me that the owner refused to issue a refund, leaving me with no resolution.

Over the years, I have spent a significant amount of money at this store and recommended it to many friends and family members. However, after feeling dismissed, blamed, and unheard throughout this experience, I will no longer shop at Jasie.

ETHAN was a life saver!!! I came in the store clueless and he, Logan and Malik were very patient and assisted me with printing my first DTF shirt. I will be able to launch all of my products right here in this store. They are beyond amazing!!! Thank you guys!!!<3

i love going to Jasies... i love the bucket sales even more, for the little crafting that iI do.... staff is always nice and happy! see yall again soon.

EDITTED- since JASIE got rid of the 3/$20. BUCKET SALES. I no longer will be shopping there. I will be shopping on AMAZON.

I enjoy shopping here. I however do not recommend buying tickets for the VIP events. I have don’t it three times. The line is long to get into the store every time. They limit the amount of people they let in at a time. Which is cool but frustrating at the same time.
