Jimmy Dixon was recommended to me by a coworker when we first wanted to sell our house in 2016. One of the best advice I've ever gotten!!! Jimmy not only knows his job inside out, has great connections to get stuff done (professional pic for the most exposure in the Internet, last minute plot plans, septic replacement, those at times weird home buyer requests), but also keeps you calm and sane throughout the selling process!
Jimmy looked at our house, priced it in the condition it was in and what could be reached after certain remodels. He was right on the money: three years later, when we were ready to sell, our house sold for a price that made it possible to retire!!! Imagine that: we are both in our thirties and are able to retire- thanks to his professional assessment, marketing and sales tactics! I am sure, the buyers are just as happy as we are. Jimmy Dixon made our house sale a win-win situation! Did I mentioned that Jimmy knows plenty about construction codes to save you a pretty penny on those annoying but necessary repairs after home inspection? His very reasonable commission also left us with more money in our pockets and his wife has been an invaluable asset with the right feeling for desired features and upgrades in a house. I purchased and sold a home through Jimmy. I could not ask for a better realtor! After receiving orders to Fort Wainwright I began looking at homes in the Fairbanks/ North Pole Area while I was still living in Virginia. I initially connected with Jimmy after requesting more information about a home I was interested in and received a response within only a couple hours. Jimmy was very open and honest about the homes I was looking at and offered to take some HD videos of the properties and upload them for me to view since I would not being moving to the Fairbanks for about 60 days. It took us about 2-3 weeks and multiple trips all over Fairbanks and North Pole on Jimmy's behalf before we found the home I currently live in. At first I was a little apprehensive that I would be making my first home purchase in a city and state I have never stepped foot in; but I had confidence in the countless positive reviews online and of course the professionalism displayed by Jimmy. During the entire process Jimmy never pressured me and took the time the explain exactly what needed to be done to close this deal. Ultimately I got my dream Fairbanks home, on the river, below the initial asking price. 30 months later I went back to Jimmy to list my home because I had full confidence that he would take care of me and ensure I received top dollar for my home. Jimmy approached the sale of my home in the same fashion as the purchase. Low pressure, honesty, and very hardworking. My home luckily sold for full asking and I could not have asked for the entire process to be more streamlined. Jimmy was awesome and definitely set the bar very high for my next home purchase/sale.
