My IT firm has grown through word of mouth and referrals for 20 years. We started getting a few extra calls and asked how they had a herd of us, and they quickly said they just searched online. So, we thought, what if we put in just a little effort from an expert. JO is a client partner, and we asked for their help, and bot did they deliver. Being in IT, we knew how SEO worked but now how marketing works. The Team at JO was more than happy to take us through their process. First, they have an actual process that is excellent and can pull creativity out of those of us that don't have an ounce. Second, the process is well thought out and involves the whole team, each with great questions. The JO Team plays well off each other, and the result is excellence. We have never done anything like this, so we were skeptical and elected to do just a website refresh. It went so well, and their SEO person (worth his weight in gold) must have asked perfect questions that almost instantly made our phone start ringing. Then it was an easy decision when they suggested we "spruce up" the logo. That was a massive change for us, but we said yes. Nothing but positive feedback on the new logo. We have decided to go all-in on a complete marketing engagement, and we are tickled pink.
