Their service representative who answers their phone has shocking customer service. She was appalling, rude, and short tempered when I politely asked why my trash was not picked up. I’m stunned. I’m a government employee too but worked in the service industry for 15 years. I would never talk to a customer they way the lady talked to me on the phone, June 19th, 2024 at 1245. Please do better!

It appears that they don’t like to pick up the trash despite the fact that’s their job.
Then they attempt to gaslight you as if pulling out trash is rocket science asking silly questions.
Just do your job and collect the trash!

Have not picked up our trash. Now we have trash buildup. Lady on phone said she would have them come back for it that day. They didn’t. Ridiculous
