Note to all prospective clients: this is a flexible group who wants to work accordingly with your schedule, but remember to keep constant communication if you need to meet personal deadlines! Kraus has a schedule to maintain, too; and as flexible as they are, they have multiple clients. One of my favorite attributes of Kraus is that they treat all clients equally, respectfully and fairly, so if you want something by a certain date, let them know as soon as possible.
