Shout out to James of Kreative Recognition. James is very friendly, provides great customer service and can quickly have various products made that are tailored to your needs. I wanted a unique closing gift for a buyer of mine closing on their house in Oradell and James put together a really special cutting board that was customized specifically for my client. They loved it. Very happy with James and Kreative Recognition!

Awful customer service! So unprofessional! Do not use them. My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment and went to Jersey to meet with him. We told him what we were looking for and the owner guaranteed he would send us price quotes by Wednesday. It’s been a week and a half since and I still haven’t heard from him. I called and texted with no response. He uses iMessage so I’m sure he has read my messages and chooses to ignore them. We are now stuck without our items and are on a time crunch to find someone who can make them quickly. We trusted him and he blew us off. No apology and not trying to make it right. He called me twice just now and hung up right away. I called back and he ignored my call. So rude. You’re guaranteed to get better service elsewhere.
