The company overall is a great business, but the store itself is a bit outdated. The presentation/layout of the store is kind of unorganized and I've witnessed firsthand that employees get absolutely no appreciation or respect from their colleagues. Women get (S.H) or even purposely called the wrong name and are too anxious and submissive to stand up for themselves. The management is almost NONEXISTENT in any form outside of what needs to get done by times and the supervisors don't really train their workers. They just introduce them to their tasks and expect people to get them done in a timely manner. God forbid someone need a ride to work even if it's a 8 minute drive they're still not going to pick you up AND they're gonna be as unprofessional and derogatory as they possibly can to shame you for needing one. (MICHELLE!!) This place says welcome to the team upon hire but shows absolutely zero teamwork.

Also, big note coming from someone who worked for Kroger before: The fact you all have supervisors and management trying to intentionally get people fired when people quit there almost weekly is crazy.

Sooooo yeah. Here’s the deal, my mom ordered a cake for my little sister. Ordered one but they called to say that they didn’t have the decorations for the cake… okay so we accepted the crown and scepter cake that’s.. the pictures will tell y’all how it went. Giving another star because the manger was great about it the refund. The managers name was Chris.

Update: Giving another star because there was zero problem with getting my refund back. Was kinda funny when the people on from counter laughed at how bad the cake was.

My wife bought a particular product that, when we got it home, didn’t really meet our quality expectations. I contacted the store and spoke with general manager, John, who asked me to come back to the store, at my convenience, and he would “make it right”. I returned to the store and found out that John is a man of his word. He is a standup guy who clearly places a premium on quality customer service. My wife and I are customers for life!

Never has anything in stock, but if it did god knows you couldn't get much since there are never any carts, yet they all filled with cardboard

Prices are too high and not as marked in the store. Salesperson at U Scan was friendly, very helpful and efficient at her job. SHE deserves a 5-star rating!

This is the 2nd time we've bought food that has to be returned! My husband bought these YESTERDAY!! These are the Simple Truth Organic Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls with a nice helping of MOLD !! Ridiculous! I'm not sure how to get a picture on here of them but last month he bought a 1lbs. Angus ground beef it was totally fine but after 1 day turned dark grey! Make sure you keep all your receipts because you are likely going taking back food that shouldn't have been sold!
