Absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a company of this size—especially one that charges premium rates—to be available when their own errors cause major issues. Instead, Leadgenix is completely unreachable in emergencies. There’s no direct support, no urgency, just a ridiculous requirement to schedule a Zoom call and wait 3 to 5 hours for a response. That’s beyond useless when their mistake has already cost me two clients and $6,000 in revenue. How does a company this large not have a 24/7 support line? The lack of accountability is astonishing.

Update: I want to thank Taylor for personally reaching out to me on his way into the office and taking immediate action to resolve the issue. I appreciate the effort and have updated my rating accordingly. However, due to ongoing poor communication with some staff and the lack of an after-hours support team, I can only give them 4 stars. A company of this size should have round-the-clock support to prevent situations like this from escalating.
