I wonder how they have 5stars…. Did their work as subcontractor and never paid me or reimbursed materials. Terrible experience, never return calls or emails. Rapanotti was the project manager at that time but he is something else.

I see subcontractors have left good reviews for Legacy Retail Services. I have to report the exact opposite. I contracted to do some work for Legacy Retail Services, they sent me to a job that was over 250 miles from my location, and offered a good price for the work and travel, also to bring a helper with me to help complete the job. When I got to the very large retail establishment, after a short time it was apparent that the site survey done by someone else was incorrect, and I tried getting the technical person to either abort the install or change the location to fit with the building infrastructure. After 7 hours, of trying to do that while the technical person over the phone kept stalling me, he do ally said that there was no time left in the night left to change the location. I was told to go ahead and ship out, that I would be called to go back when they figured out what to do. I sent a message about 2 weeks later to get so.e answer as to how they were going to proceed. I was told to hang on and wait that I would get contacted when they decided to go back out. I got suspicious and called the store, I found out that that was a lie, the install had already been don by another technician a week before. Since then I've been trying to get paid and reimbursed for the time, travel and for the helpers time. It's been over 3 months and they won't return my phone calls, they won't return my emails, and I have received nothing for my troubles. I am going to put a mechanics lien on the very very large retail chains property in question, but figured I would try reviewing the company first to try to avoid that, since I don't have anything but a phone number for the guy that won't even answer the phone when I call, or return an email. I have no other recourse available to me than to rate this company on every website I can employment websites are going to be next, after i find every website this company is registered. Since I have access to the company website, I can now send invoices to their accounting department directly, rather than go through the on line platform which brought us together in the first place. That platforms rules are strictly looking out for the company posting the job, not the guys that do the actual work.
