Disappointing and Unprofessional Candidate Experience

I applied for a Data Scientist role at LinkGraph and was initially excited about the opportunity given the company's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience as a candidate left me extremely disappointed.

I had an interview scheduled for the morning of December 18th, which was abruptly rescheduled via email less than two hours before the original time. While this was inconvenient, I adjusted my plans to accommodate the change. However, later that same afternoon, I received an impersonal rejection email saying I was no longer being considered. Confused, I followed up, only to be told that the role expectations had changed, and my interview was canceled "to respect my time."

This reasoning felt ironic and disingenuous. My time was not respected—quite the opposite. I had spent hours preparing for the interview, even completing a side project to align with their work, and I had taken time off work to ensure I was available. To be told so last-minute, without any prior warning or clarity, reflects poorly on the company’s candidate experience.

Job seekers deserve better communication and transparency during the hiring process. While I understand that roles and priorities can change, the handling of this situation was unprofessional and dismissive of the effort candidates invest in these opportunities.

Hey this message if you are being offered to start working for this company as an agent.
Be aware of trainers not being 100% honest to you and also not knowing how to guide you and help you according your posibilites. You might loose a lot of money and nobody will be able to help you. They have a customer service that does not help at all and trainers never take responsibility for their mistakes. I wish someone wrote this before I started working so I will know so if you are thinking to start here please be very careful with your money you might hace the worst experience in your life.

Pathetic page optimization with automated (free) text generators without any professional text editor (on staff) generating professional content to even address this issue after several complaints. No results, had to pull the unprofessional text from the web site.
