Such a bad place to work in. Worked with them for a few years. Seen them fire workers with no reason or false claims being done by others. If team leads or others know you are a hard worker, they will take advantage of you to do most of the work or put you in a spot where most of the work is consistent. while others slack off or go on constant smoke breaks. While later everyone gets chewed out by the company owners and leads as to why they have a lot of customers' orders late or mistakes taking place.

Most of the management working with employees are clueless and irrational about the situations taking place within their establishment. A lot of miss communication and a lack of real countability and authority towards the employees that are at the main fault in situations. Lack of giving their workers the proper high-quality tools or refused to fix things the proper way to get their order done right for a high-quality result, yet they still want their orders to be the highest quality possible for customers. No proper training. No orientation. A Very disorganized place. From the warehouse not having enough material to who dose what. A lot of drama and gossip. Everyone puts hands on everything so it's hard to account on anyone on any mistake done.

Their dispute on this is that their jobs are very easy and laid back and work areas are not constant for you to be in certain position on hour-to-hour basis unless your running machinery and even then, sometimes they have not much to do and have to help out elsewhere. (where people are slacking) Bonuses are only for qualified team leads if numbers are met. And after getting over worked and hauling yourself to meet numbers all they give you is a good job pep talk on how they claim to be proud of your hard work and order food as a reward.

I see a lot of good reviews on here on how nice people are and customer service is good and how quality is met with orders. Yes, there's nice people working there. And yes, high quality is met. But just know someone had to work extra hard to overcome the obstacles I have mentioned to get that quality out. Just saying it how it is from my time there. It is an injustice toxic place to work in. This has been my honest review.

Their website services are great, totally recommend. I've used them for just about everything from canvas prints, lay flat albums, web design, metallic prints, literally close to everything they offer. Fair prices, great customer service, high-end products.

What a fantastic staff they have!! I had a larger order filled that had an item missed. Not only were they friendly and prompt in helping me get to the bottom of it, they corrected the issue immediately. You can't beat a company that stands behind their work. I use them to do photos for sports teams every once in a while. They are so on top of things and get my orders done so fast. Anytime I have had any problems they are so helpful and fix them so quick. Their quality is amazing- great color and thickness of paper. Their prices are very competitive too. I will use them forever!

My experiences several years ago with Marathon Press were great! I had a great rep working with me and the products are gorgeous. But something has changed. My rep has retired and I was interested in one of their marketing programs this year so I called and had a nice conversation with a new customer service rep but she couldn't answer all my questions and said she would call me back the next day. Two weeks went by and I contacted them again. Nothing. Finally, I got a call from a second rep who said the first one had asked her to call me. () I returned her call twice and have never heard back again. I guess they aren't interested in my business which I will take to someone who actually wants it!

If I could give this business 50 stars I would. I have been in the team volume photography business for over 8 years and I've never had a photo lab delivery not only the quality of prints, but the over-the-top incredible service and packaging of the prints and posters. Nikki is OUTSTANDING and it feels so good to have a company care about my business and helping me grow and become more efficient along the way!

Started working Marathon couple years back.. at the beginning they did high quality work. Something changed in their production. The quality went way down and they were producing some really shoddy out of focus blurry kind of not focused pictures. Just seemed like they were low resolution. I sent my pictures the same ones to someone else and they were sharp and clear. Talk to Mark Weber He is very not helpful.I can't believe that they're not willing to do the right thing and just send high quality work. I send them high quality high resolution pictures They send me low quality photographs... This makes no sense.I figure it must be a time thing where they want to take the least amount of time printing the pictures rather than printing pictures that are high resolution.It seems to me like they would want the business.

Great Place for custom design books, pictures, invitations, business cards and pretty much anything you can think of. They have their own graphic designers who can create what you are looking for. They have a very nice, friendly staff who can help you with your needs in no time.
