My wife and I contacted Marcie to help us sell our vacation condo in Pagosa Springs, CO. We were surprised at the number of viewings she quickly either arranged and/or monitored. We had an offer, near full asking price, within about a week. After minimal negotiation, she provided excellent advice (she was the seller’s agent) on how to negotiate the various pathways needed to finalize the sale. Totally professional, competent, and knowledgeable would be good descriptors. She went above and beyond, as we were from out of town when the closing was to occur. She went by before closing to retrieve a satellite receiver and the internet modem and send them back for us (we are 10 hours away). Above and beyond would be apropos words to use in describing her work. We can wholeheartedly endorse her service for us as sellers and have no doubt that she would be equally diligent for buyers. Should we ever decide to return to this beautiful area, you can bet we would seek her out to be our agent.

Finding the right place while looking from out-of-town is a real challenge. There are a lot of unknowns for which you need answers, or you have a lot of missed opportunities. Marcie did a great job being my "boots on the ground" putting eyes on the properties and finding answers for me. She coordinated visits to several properties ahead of my visit to the area and made my time as efficient as possible.

After finding the perfect place and negotiating an offer on dream home, she helped coordinate all of the details of the sale, all the way through closing. She kept in contact with the lender and made sure they had the information they needed. She provided recommendations on several pre and post-sale services and followed up to make sure everything was to my liking after possession.
