I agree with Kierstan. This place has the most flavorful milk I've ever had! I'm visiting Fairbanks and was searching for local meat. The owner is incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us all the options they have available. If you’re looking for something specific, don’t hesitate to ask. They might have it in the fridge in the back.

I personally love their buffalo T-bone steak. It’s full of flavor, as long as you don’t overcook it. I also really like the fresh pork tongue. I made a delicious soup with it, and it was the juiciest, most flavorful pork tongue I’ve ever had!

I'm so impressed I wish I would of visited sooner. The brawts and burgers are beyond amazing. They are so good that I'm never buying burgers or brawts anywhere else. We also tried their skirt steak for tacos and they turned out amazing as well
