We were vacationing in Weston,
Florida last week and stayed at The Best Western Plus near the Miami airport. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 3:05pm getting into BTV around midnight. I checked the Delta website and realized we could get a flight that left at11:17 am. We called the 800 Delta line and had a long wait. My partner had booked our trip through Milne Travel so he called them at 8:10 AM. Robin answered and was able to change our flight, get us checked in and our bag checked and get our seat assignments. She tried to get the change fee waived, but was not able to. We were thrilled to get home early and she was nothing but gracious and helpful.
