I was unprepared for how well John took care of servicing my computer, both in the quality of the fix and being super flexible from picking up my computer to dropping it off to me. I contacted John to have my computer repair even though it was minor repair of my new computer he was quick to answer all my questions very friendly and very helpful and he helped me make a decision in regards to having him work on my computer. John was super friendly and very knowledgeable and immediately started working on my computer called me with the details right away and quickly fixed it. Excellent service. I totally had every computer related gadget screwed up in my home. I frantically called Mountain Home Marketing on a Thursday afternoon and within 1 hour John Frazer was at my door. He pleasantly fixed every issue I had plus let’s me call him with stupid questions. If you are having a problem with your computer related gadgets John is the one you want fixing them. We had an emergency on a Friday evening with internet drops interfering with my work - I provide closed captions for live television broadcasts, and without stable internet, that service is interrupted for people who need it. Our internet provider was unable to help me. I called John about 5:30 p.m., and though it was going to be after hours he came to my work site and was able to fix the problem the same evening. It wasn't a time he normally would be working and he did it anyway - fantastic service, respectful and considerate. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
