Derek was an outstanding agent and partner in selling our home. He always went above and beyond in helping keep an eye on the place (my wife and I live out of the area), arranging maintenance, and helping us find contractors to do the usual fixing up that is needed to get a place ready to sell. His team worked hard to market our house (many open houses, media campaigns, etc.) and made the place look beautiful for potential buyers. This is the second time we've used him and would happily use him again.
