Nice facility, lovely modern interior finishes. The two elevators are small, yet modern. There are at least two large meeting rooms and respective lessee can configure the space to suit their need. That area where the complex is situated is the cleaner part of the city away from the commercial centre. Less traffic, less pedestrian, only disadvantage is a further walk to purchase personal items for the home and travelling to and from work by those who rely on the public transportation to comute to and from work. A number of Assigned parking lots also available with each floor space rented.

Update 8/2019
After last bad service, don't know why any efforts was made to call the firm again. Was told that my information would be passed on to Krishna Desai and I would get a call back. He nor any on his team every did. Guess MFG has made enough money with their commercial clients that they don't need to take on cases from individual clients!

Was impressed by the initial communication with support staff who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She gets a 5-Star. When the matter was passed on to one of the young attorneys, communications started out fine but intentions to proceed never developed since attorney never called back as she promised after obtaining all the pertinent probate information.
