We got burned big time 6 figures by NANO, they used us as guinea pigs at our expense. They came in referred by an organization we trusted which NANO ended up burning as well. They initially seemed to be a promising vendor, they are rather deceiving & dishonest, took on a project they knew they lack the bandwidth and expertise to successfully carry on just to get our money, they came up with surprise invoices for extra work we never approved , and charged us for their own incompetency. It was taking them 3 years to develop an app that they couldn't complete, charged super high rates claiming to be using USA developers and they were actually sub contracting it overseas to folks who couldn't event spell the simplest of English words. We had to end up firing them and pay another agency that actually knows what they're doing to rescue the project . Do your research well and confirm solid references.
