I have been a customer of Nate Wade for the past six years, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. With my 100k warranty nearing its expiration and the opportunities I’ve given Nate wade to fix my cars issues.
I have serious concerns about my vehicle's brakes and clutch. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to address these issues, the service team continues to dismiss my concerns, insisting that everything is fine when it clearly is not.
Additionally, about a year or two ago, I had a frustrating experience while purchasing a set of winter tires. I was overcharged by $75 per tire. and the staff member at the front desk, who is no longer with the company, was argumentative and unprofessional even after I presented the quoted price.
Moreover, the service team seems more interested in addressing superficial issues rather than tackling the real mechanical problems. Maybe because my car is under warranty they would be losing money? Why work on a car you’re not getting paid for was my interpretation of their customer service.
Given these experiences, I tell everyone to not buy a warranty from Nate Wade if they insist on buying a car from here. they won’t honor the warranty at all and I will not recommend them at all moving forward. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to honor my warranty is simply unacceptable.

My original car purchasing experience with Nate Wade was perfectly fine. The service bay experience was also fine for the couple of years that the service was included with my new car. They earned two stars for those factors.

The reason I’m writing a review at all is because I am so sick and tired of this dealership contacting me all the time. Oh my god. I had about a year or so after purchasing my car where they’d call just to check in and see how everything is going. Honestly, that’s fine. But after that first year, they call me all the time asking if they can buy the car back. They want more used cars on their lot, and apparently that’s my problem! I have asked them MULTIPLE times to stop calling me and asking for my car. I’ve explained to them that I love my car. I’m wildly satisfied with it. I’ve made it clear I intend to drive it till it won’t go anymore. And yet, every few weeks or so I’m getting a call from them. “The used car market is booming and we want to take advantage of it! Can we buy your car”

Bruh. The market is none of my concern. I do not want to sell it. Please stop calling me. So…if you buy a car from these guys, prepare to block their number eventually because they literally will not leave you alone no matter how much you ask.

UPDATE OCT 22, 2024: got another call today. Same BS as usual - the market! We want used cars! Give us yours! Clearly nothing was done to actually remove me from their call list. I’ve emailed the manager who originally responded to this review. If I continue to receive these calls I plan on escalating to state and federal regulators. I don’t like doing things this way, but clearly the dealership doesn’t intend to honor my numerous requests on their own. I’ve been trying for YEARS to get their phone calls to stop. Blocking the number doesn’t work either - the calls come from a different number each time.

We bought our first subaru a few months ago with the help of Bryce and had a great experience! Bryce was super helpful and knowledgeable as was Paul in the finance department!
After driving it home we realized that the a/c button was stuck. We called Bryce and he coordinated everything for us to get it fixed the next day (his day off). Thank you!

Customer service here used to be decent, now it's just ridiculous. I don't really appreciate my service Advisor Johnny, cutting me off while I was talking and talking down to me. Brought it in for what I figured was a warranty issue. He said it needed an alignment, and afterward that it had never had one. I know my Mom who owned the car before me brought it here religiously for service. So I highly doubt it hadn't been done previously. I have been lied to here before about needed service with my previous Subaru. I am done with this dealership.

Colton and Oliver their service manager were absolutely AMAZING! Colton kept we updated through the whole process, super polite and in all such a nice guy! I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership it may be a drive to some people but I promise they treat their people with respect and kindness

After years of reliable service I am resolved to never support Nate Wade again. This place is the WORST since being bought by Ken Garff. Save yourself the hassle – go to Mark Miller that’s still family owned.

A few weeks ago I had to replace a flat tire. The initial recommendation for my tire was to buy a new one, shave it to the tread depth of other tires, and drive away with a new tire. Seems simple enough. However, in what followed, I was at Nate Wade six of the next eight days trying to sort out this situation. After replacing the tire they told me my car was balanced. I drove off the lot the first time and onto the interstate with such intense car wobbles/shakes that I was concerned for my safety. Back to the shop. They re-balanced my vehicle but then I noticed the tire they replaced and shaved had a horrendous gash out of the treads. Upon observation it was apparent this was not correct. This started a back-and-forth advocating to get a new tire. In-and-out of the shop for days while losing business and time at the farm I manage in peak season. No one ever took accountability for these issues. Finally, I was offered a set of new tires at a discounted price. I accepted and went in to pay. They overcharged me on the agreement to get new tires and refused to lower the final price. It turned into a yelling match in public before they relented and took off the price of one more tire.

All through this despicable process I was being told six different things by six different people. Every person was trying to deflect blame onto others.

In all, I was originally told that a tire replacement and shave would cost $175. Two weeks later I left Nate Wade paying $1300. Absolutely unacceptable. The one other experience I had here since their buyout is similar to the above. Never ever will I return to this shop. I recommend anyone with a Subaru to avoid this business.

Christian was cordial, professional, and helpful. My service went well. This is a reversal from previous visits with another service advisor. One time, I asked for them to look for a coolant leak while doing the service. The response was, " They all do that". Shortly thereafter, I found a leaking coolant hose on the top of the engine. Another time, I asked that they check for a loose heat shield during a service. Response was, "No loose heat shields found". A few weeks later, a heat shield fell off the car.
