it took almost 2 months to replace a fan in my computer. was forced to buy a replacement pc because of how long they took for a job that would make any other repair shop ashamed for taking longer than a week.

these guys will probably give you the run around. i've had 3 different experiences with them, and they gave me the run around every time about replacing parts, not having them on hand, and having trouble with delivery. too convenient to happen 3 times in a row for me.

on top of all of this, they never reached out to me for any updates on my repair. they would only SOMETIMES call back if i called to leave a message first. i would generally expect any communication for any delays in an order.

i would recommend going to another shop if you're able to.

My Apple laptop, 11 years old, would not activate and has been in the dark for over a year ?. Took it to BEST BUY to see if they could repair, but they could not.
My neighbor recommended Nerd Crossing. Took my laptop for a consult and Eric took a good look at it. Laptop needed a new fan, battery and some major back-up.
I picked up the laptop about a week later and has been running like new!!!

I took my pc in to get it looked at and they did not find the issue and still charged $49 after doing nothing! To make it worse they didnt even plug everything back in properly and misplaced every single internal cable that was from my computer's case. I decided to have my cousin look into my pc and he actually found the issue in a MUCH shorter time than they did. Absolute rip off they do not know their stuff.
