Let me preface this by saying I don’t go out of my way to leave reviews unless service is phenomenal or awful….
That being said, I haven’t had a good experience with NJ Logowear since probably 2018. The last few times I have given them my business, I have had at least four items over a handful of different trips there misspelled when the content was written out and provided to them and also had custom made shirts misprinted. Some time had passed and I figured I would give them another chance which backfired. I dropped off a time sensitive gift with ample time for completion, being a very simple embroidery order on an item that was provided to them. Upon drop off it was stated to me that it would be completed by a specific date and when I went to pick it up I was told that the item didn’t even make it to the embroiderer.
All of the employees are very nice and apologetic and I hate to leave a bad review for a local business because I understand that mistakes happen but there’s clearly a trend here.

As a business owner, I went there twice to get A quote for T-shirts,postcards for direct mail, brochures made, and logo needed a touch up. No one has ever return my calls or was responsive? Maybe they're too big for their britches, but if you're willing to dump about $1500 for the marketing materials I would answer calls immediately. I went to Staples to get all that I get it done in less than 72 hours instead. 😕

Multiple calls and emails to Randy. He was super nice at first and I thought it was going to be a great experience. However, after multiple texts and emails, he got back to me and told me his wife was working on it. Then nada...two weeks later with no communication. Never heard back. Maybe they’re too busy? I’ll be looking elsewhere.
