Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with. He showed us all the houses we liked and built an idea of what we wanted, and was able to search the market for homes tailored to our likes/needs. He also did several FaceTime viewings for us as we lived out of state and couldn't always make it down to view in person. We also definitely had quite a unique contingency situation. We needed to sell our house in Colorado in order to go under contract here in town. Ryan handled everything with the utmost professionalism and patience. Answering all our questions and getting all the necessary documents to us in a timely and straightforward manner. Ryan and the entire team at New Mexico Dream House made the home buying process extremely pleasant.
