Not only did O'shirts put up with my constant nagging and my complicated design, but they also got our store shirts to us on a short timeline! It was great working with them because they were open to discussing each option right up to the final decision. I loved that they could give me feedback on what will turn out best in their screen printing process. They have amazing customer service and they really put the work in to make our shirts look amazing.

I needed to order shirts for a soccer camp and had no idea where to start. Paige was so helpful and patient walking me through all the steps and making suggestions. We were also on a bit of a short timeline and was assured our shirts would be done. They turned out wonderful, exactly like I envisioned. They were also delivered to my door earlier than expected. Great company and great customer service. We will use them again.

Update: This is our third year using O'shirts and we continue to receive the same excellent customer service and great end product.

I have never ordered shirts much less even tried to design one so when I contacted O'shirts, they went out of their way to help me out. From the get go, they were super quick on a response back to me and worked with me through the whole process even when I changed my order. The shirts came out exactly how I wanted them even though I only gave them a rudimentary design to work with. Quick delivery and on time! A+ company!!

My order was supposed to be done at a certain time. I go in to grab it and they haven't even started. They swear up and down it would be done 48 hours later. I go in again and again it's not even started. By then the event had come and gone. The organizers decided to keep going since it was already paid for and we could give it out at the Christmas party the next week. I go in again on the date specified and once again, it's not done. I give them one more chance. I finally get a finished product. It's lovely. High quality work. Wrong color of fabric. Not what I ordered online. Plus they we're two short. The quality of work is top notch. I've ordered stuff from other businesses and it's come out awful so getting a decent product is great. That being said everything else they do needs a lot of work. I am undecided if I will ever buy anything from them again. Maybe if I order it 6 months in advance it will be done on time and correctly? Maybe they need more employees. I don't know.

Don't waste your time or money going through them. We had to literally threaten to get a lawyer involved to get the other half of our order which was already a month late. They offer no apologies and are extremely unprofessional. Our order was nearly $800, and you would think that they would care more about first time customers. I am shocked at the poor level of service they offered. I have never received such poor customer service.

I've worked with O'Shirts a few times and I haven't been disappointed. The last order I made with them was easy to create and submit. I needed the shirts about a week before they were to be finished, I sent an email and they responded quickly and I got the shirts a week earlier than projected. And they look great! Thanks!

Prompt service and great attention to detail! I had a single shirt printed for my brother's birthday, and it turned out much better than I expected. I was impressed with how O'shirts advised me with the artwork - they made suggestions that were economical and in my best interest, not what would make them the most money. Highly recommended!
