If I could give this company negative stars I would. I currently have 2 billboards on my property from Outfront Media, the City of Paterson has placed a lien on the property because Outfront media has not paid them. In fact they have not paid any taxes on their billboards in almost a year. I have sent email and still nothing has been paid.
If you have billboards on your property that belong to them, have them removed, the $100 dollars they pay a year per billboard is not worth the headache.

I used to come here all the time as a kid all the way up to adult-hood to fish. This was back when it was CBS outdoors, now its outfront media group and all of sudden you can't fish on there property. They stock the pond in the back with like 200-300 trout for the little kids in may for one day. Then after the kids get to fish there for one day you are no longer allowed to fish there. I don't understand why, the place was always kept clean and you would never see a mess from the fishermen. Plus what I don't get is it stocked and all of those trout end up dying once it gets warm out sadly. Seems like waste but that's just me. There are a bunch of terrible hobbies in the world but I never seen fishing as one but sadly in more and more places , fishing is not allowed in so many places for no apparent reason or justification. I tried contacting someone at this company for just a better understanding of why you can't fish there anymore, but I guess its to unimportant. Maybe one day it will go back to a pond where I can bring my kids one day to fish.
