Bronson did a wonderful job of taking care of my bull elk I brought in. He was able to rush it through for me in time to take it home with me. He also froze my cape and hide for my taxidermist, to ensure the hair wouldn't slip for my once in a lifetime limited entry Bull Elk mount. When I picked it up, the meat was frozen solid. I brought it home and cooked up some steaks that night to taste the best venison I've ever eaten. He and his staff were all so kind, and eager to please me. I would highly recommend him and his services. He even trimmed, and sliced my elk heart, and packaged it for me. You can't go wrong trusting Bronson with your valuable wild game meat. We stopped at this small family owned meat market while traveling through Bicknell. Picked up a Chuck roast and 6lbs of pastured beef, the prices were fair and we love to support local small businesses. All the meat is frozen which works for us as we travel. They also have a gift shop with country themed items. Friendly staff!

Oyler Family Farms processed our wild game meat & I couldn’t be more impressed! The elk burger was delicious & no one even knows it’s elk when we’ve cooked it 🤫 they were quick to meet us & honest about their pricing. Highly recommend if your hunting down near Wayne County!
