PS Stearns is a fabulous company to work for & they pay on time always! Demo product and display are always shipped in advance and ready for day of demos and tastings. I am very happy with this company. Highly recommend them if you’re a Brand Ambassador looking for a great company to represent.

Very unprofessional, unreliable, and inconsistent employer! They do not take ownership of their mistakes, instead blame the little guy. On numerous occasions, I’ve been asked to front money for supplies for events bc there are issues with their corporate issued credit cards. Need to establish firm boundaries bc they will take advantage of you over and over. Their wages are low to begin with, but they pay weekly. Weekly checks are the only positive, but they might try to not pay you at all, which they have done to me 4 times! I feel like such a fool for continuing to work for them the past 6 months!

Absolutely joke of a company! they needed someone to replace someone on emergency which i did. I turned in all the paper work, followed all steps. first they couldn't do direct deposit , then they claimed i never sent in the paper work which was sent uploaded into their system. they claim is not there. I sent it via email, then they claim they attempted to call me their calls got to me before now all of a sudden they can't reach me, and never mind the magical voicemails they claim they sent. Then they claimed again then didn't receive paper work at this point they had now been sent to three different people via email. Then they claim they had to send one job via check and one job via direct deposit which i had to wait now an additional week for. I got the smaller pay direct deposit eventually, I am on week three still waiting for a check they claimed they sent. Now they say it gets sent to them first to review and then they send it to me and now that we are on week three. They are now blaming the post office. 15 years in this business and i never ever ever had to chase my pay from anyone. I came through when they needed someone on emergency and they can not even properly pay in the time frame they promised.

This company scammed me and has scammed others as well. They never paid me for the work I did and tried to act like I was going to be responsible for the reshipment fees of return items for a brand ambassador event that they already budgeted to return. Never in my life have I witnessed so much immaturity and Unprofessionalism from middle aged women. Such ineffective communicators and this job is why more trouble than it’s worth. This includes people that are desperate to work too.

I have been waiting since September 9th for a small check I really needed on time. It's NOW October 8th and I'M still getting the run around. Michelle said she stopped payment on the check sent Oct 4th and sent a check express mail on October 5th. U received the STOP payment check on October 7th but can't do anything with IT. I called today after work 3:30 p.m. and was told let me check I'LL call right back by misty. But she clocked OUT with HER nonchalant AZZ.
I'm tired OF trying to retrieve funds i WORKED for.
