Pacific Ag has NO REGARD for their NEIGHBORS. They run tractors all hours of the night, keeping us who live next door awake. (Yes, I am writing this review at 3 am thanks to them). In addition, they spray chemicals without warning to those living nearby. We have been on a walk with our small children on our own road, only to have to run home as fast as we can through their spray because we had no idea they were going to be there that day. This is DANGEROUS! We have asked the foreman to please call use before hand, and though he promised he would, we have never received a courtesy call. We have lived in the country for ten years, but the past 3 have been MISERABLE with a Pacific Ag-managed orchard next door. I have called and spoken with the gal at the front desk, who was very kind, but nothing has changed. Please take these things into consideration with looking for a management company. Hope this helps!
