Pavlov did an excellent job locating the damage to their fiberoptic cable caused by a competitor’s underground drilling. Pavlov undertook a huge splicing job to effect repairs. Difficult work done in a timely manor. A company that works to earn Gainesville’s business by delivering great support.

Dan V was a wealth of knowledge and helped me resolve multiple issues.
I wasn’t able to connect my printer to my phone, I was extremely frustrated and was ready to cancel Pavlov but Dan V was not only able to help me connect my printer, he solved an issue I had that I was not able to resolve even though I had talked to over 20 people over the course of 5 years in regards to my printer. Best tech support person I have ever talked to . He knows about my printer than the printer manufacturing support team members.

Juan came to install my Internet on 6/3/25. He was kind, extremely professional, thorough, quick, and clean. He was conscientious about where to install the external box so as to avoid messing with all the existing boxes out there. He also helped rescue my little greenhouse that the wind was about to blow into the street - helped me carry it to my shed. Great job Juan, keep doing the good work!! Give that man a raise!
